• Cancellation 4 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date
      → You are automatically refunded for the full activity price.
• Cancellation between 48 and 96 hours prior to the agreed activity starting date
      → You are entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancellation 48 hours or later are what we call last-minute cancellations
      → No refund will be possible.

·  No-show Policy: If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled wakeboarding session without providing any prior notice or cancellation request up to 48 hours before the original scheduled time, no refund or rescheduling option will be provided. Late arrivals that result in reduced session time will not be eligible for any refunds or compensation.

· Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather or unsafe water conditions, the wakeboarding session may be cancelled by Wakeboarding Iceland. If the company cancels the session due to weather conditions, customers will have the option to receive a full refund, book alternative tour or reschedule the session without any additional charges. 

· Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10-12 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
